Don't expect the giddy charm of the first film.. As its own collection of Angels' Greatest Hits, Full Throttle winds up embracing the spirit of the original TV series, supplanting it and gleefully eviscerating it.. In Full Throttle, returning director McG works much harder, for only about half the effect.. Twice the splash and half the goofy charm of the first Charlie's Angels..
